A. Past perfect tense menerangkan suatu perbuatan yang telah selesai dilakukan pada waktu lampau, atau menjelaskan dua peristiwa yang telah teradi tetapi menegaskan perisiwa mana yang lebih dahulu terjadi.

B. Kegunaan past perfect tense
- Untuk menyatakan suatu peristiwa yang lebih dahulu dari pada aktifitas yang lain.
